When installing, simply put a freezing water bottle or an ice box with a small amount of water inside the water bag, then connect the USB cable to the host power bank (sold separately), then simply turn on the water pump. The operating mode has 3 modes, every mode power consumption around 10,000mAH power in one time, the battery itself could also last for around 30 hours continuously. User could choose in between 3 options for the water circulation; they can control it to adjust according to the work they are doing and the surrounding temperature.

Q: why don’t we directly put ice cubes inside the water bag?

A: as the ice cubes directly in contact with the water, it melts faster, with that it can’t keep the cool sensation for a long time. But if we use our ice block, there are a plastic cover for the ice. This means ice and water aren’t directly in contact. Ice melting duration is slower, being able to maintain cold sensation for a long time.

Q: can you produce by OEM?

A: we can produce by OEM, but it needs to be co-branded with Megacool.

Q: how long can the clothing keeps the cold sensation?

A: we run test for it, at a 35’ degree environment, the product can keep the cooling sensation up until 2.5 hours.

Q: how can we clean the clothing?

A: our product material won’t get dirty easily. But if it gets dirty, it can be wipe it with a wet wipe. To wash it, the water pump inside needs to be removed, water bag can be leave as how it is, and just put the clothes into a washing machine net bag and put it in a washing machine to wash it. It is recommended to use neutral detergent when washing it. After washing it, it can be just be dried by wind blowing in a room, but don’t place it below the sun direcly.
