USB power supply let user use portable power supply or any other USB power supply to operates it. This model of the heated vest has no battery inside, no way of keeping a battery in it. User need to use a power bank for power supply to operate the heating system. When using, must make sure that the power bank is connected. The temperature itself can be changed as needed. Due to different areas has different temperature, power bank transmission efficiency can decrease, the heating process can slow down, this is a normal thing to happen to it.
