To use it simply place a water bottle (can hold a variety of bottled sports drinks) into the water bag inside the backpack and fill it with 150 ML of cold water. This creates a completely closed liquid circulation system, allowing water to flow along the lines around the front and back of the vest (Indicated by the blue line in the product image, but not visible on the actual vest).
Turning on the vest activates the pumping system. AAs the cooled water flows towards your body, it absorbs heat and cools your body down further as it passes through the ice pack in the water reservoir. The PEVA material keeps the water cooling jacket light while helping to maintain a lower temperature, thereby optimizing the ice pack's cold retention time. Simply replace the water bottle (can hold a variety of bottled sports drinks) as needed and place it in the refrigerator for replacement at any time.

Three Modes Available

Mode 1: 650 ML square bottle, keeps liquid circulating, can reach 2.5 hours of cooling time.
Mode 2: Start 30s and stop 30s to prevent overcooling and extend the cooling time.
Mode 3: Start 20s and stop 60s, which can extend half an hour (compared to mode 1).
